Our visa advisory service consists of assisting students and applicants with understanding checklist requirements, organizing financial proofs, compiling supporting documents, and completing online visa application forms in accordance with publicly available rules published by government authorities (such as UK Visas and Immigration, US Department of State, IRCC Canada, and Australian Home Affairs).

5. Strict No-Guarantee Policy

Martian Education Consultants expressly disclaims, and does not provide, any warranty or guarantee regarding:

• Admission: We cannot guarantee offer letters or admission into any educational institution.
• Visa Outcomes: We cannot guarantee that any student, dependent, or tourist visa will be granted.
• Scholarships: We cannot guarantee scholarship grants, tuition waivers, or financial assistance.
• Employment & PR: We do not offer job guarantees, permanent residency assurances, or post-study work placement promises.
• Exam Scores: Coaching is educational; specific band scores or percentiles depend on student effort and test authority scoring.

6. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

As an applicant or user of this Website, you represent and warrant that:

• All information, personal records, educational certificates, identity documents, and financial proofs submitted to us are genuine, accurate, and complete.
• You will not provide forged, altered, or fraudulent credentials. Submitting fraudulent documents is illegal and results in immediate termination of counselling without refund.

7. Enquiries, Consultations & Communications

8. Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Counselling assessments and initial profile reviews on our Website are provided free of charge unless a specialized fee agreement has been signed in advance.

For fee-bearing services such as our IELTS Coaching modules (processed securely via our integrated payment gateway), payment terms, batch allocations, and access parameters are confirmed upon transaction. Third-party disbursements—including university application fees, official test registration fees (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE), embassy visa fees, tuberculosis screening, and health surcharges—are paid directly to third-party bodies and are strictly non-refundable by Martian Education Consultants.

9. Third-Party Websites, Universities & Exam Bodies

Our Website may contain references or links to external third-party sites, including university portals, government immigration authorities, and test administrators (such as British Council, IDP, Pearson, ETS, and Duolingo). We exercise no control over the content, accuracy, policies, or operational standards of third-party platforms and accept no liability for any loss arising from their use.
